Street Lights

Street lights throughout the city are owned and maintained by either PPL or by the City.

 

If a pole on the street or in a city park has a plaque on the pole similar to the picture here, the light is owned and maintained by PPL. These need to be reported to PPL.

If it does not have a plaque, then the light is owned and maintained by the City. Outages should be reported to the Bureau of Streets at [email protected] or (717) 291-4835.
