The Sign Commission is responsible for the review and approval of signs proposed in the Central Business Districts (CB and CB1), with such review considering the design and illumination of signs, and to grant modifications of provisions within the Sign Ordinance, provided there is no detrimental impact on public health, safety and welfare and no negative impact on the building, lot or immediate neighborhood.
