City offices closed for Presidents’ Day

City offices will be closed on Monday, February 19 in observance of Presidents’ Day.

There will be no street cleaning on Monday, February 19, and Lancaster Parking Authority enforcement of Street Cleaning, residential parking permits, and metered parking will be suspended.

Regular Penn Waste trash and recycling collection will proceed as scheduled on Monday, February 19, and for the rest of the week.
