City of Lancaster to Host 5 Home Rule Neighborhood Meetings

Come learn more about home rule! The City of Lancaster is considering a new path forward to strengthen the City’s financial future — exploring a home rule charter.

Learn more about what home rule is, what the process is, and why the City is exploring it.

You can also meet potential Home Rule Study Commission members and sign their petitions.

Feb. 27, Lancaster Theological Seminary Library, 555 W. James St., at 6 pm

March 1, Lafayette Elementary, 1000 Fremont St., at 6 pm

March 2, Calvary Baptist Church, 530 Milton Road, at 6 pm
